I’m just defending the beautiful plant Cannabis sativa that has been demonized as the evil weed If a herb has medical & therapeutic qualities, then it is the governments responsibility to make it available as a medicine! Agreed, no doctor would recommend smoking
its obvious that inhaling burnt plant material is not optimal(however bongs remove carcinogens & tar from smoke). But smoking pure forms of cannabis removes this aspect and so the harmful substances never reach the lungs.

I understand that your buddies are running ten miles and you miss running with them I miss running with Bobbi. But, I am not training for a marathon now and so I am not going to just go run 10 miles for the heck of it. Can you make plans to run with your friends for a 3 mile run? I think you just need a new “plan” of attack to get you re-motivated.
