Many people have a busy schedule in the morning, or just don’t feel like eating anything until the late morning. Eating a breakfast has so many proven benefits to your health and you will lose weight faster too.

Having breakfast speeds up your metabolism, a great benefit to your low fat diet plan. When you skip breakfast you probably feel hungry when you have lunch and eat to much.
