Low Fat Diet Plan Does it Work?

August 12, 2010 by   , Filed under: Low Fat Diet Plan

You hear so much about low fat diet plans now a days that is is hard to believe if they really work effectively for weight loss or not. Yes  the majority of the people in this world are stricken by the food media and the fat burdened foods that they are placing on society. More and more people are trying to take the necessary steps to become healthy and lose weight to fend off  disease, sickness, and weight gain. However, not all low fat diet plans are made alike. Some call for extreme amounts of fats to be cut out of your diet and others enable the good types of fat that your body requires.

So what is the best low fat diet plan and does it work?  Yes a low fat diet plan will work for you if you stay committed  and follow these simple tips:

  1. Stay away from an overabundance of sweets Even though normal sweets do not contain a lot of fats, sweets do have high amounts of sugars and calories that are often stored and accumulated in the body as fat cells. If you limit your sugar intake, you will notice even 1-2 lbs of weight loss a week from the negative calories your body will burn.
  2. Eat Low Fat meals You can prepare low fat meals that taste delicious, if you remember to pass on the margarine, fried foods, and opt for baked, broiled, and skinless meats. Fat calories are heavier calories that are processed differently in the body, if you watch these types of fat grams and calories you can lose weight without hardly trying.
  3. Exercise regularly Exercise is an incredible fat burning component that can boost your metabolism and take your body in overdrive as far as weight loss is concerned. After you exercise, you continue burning calories and fat as your body pumps blood and oxygen to the muscles that have been used to restore them.
  4. Drink plenty of water It is crucial that when you are on a low fat diet plan that you stay hydrated by drinking tons of water. In addition, water can make you feel full so that your appetite is suppressed and you do not consume as much food. Also water flushes the body as you lose weight and prevents water retention.
  5. Eat Fat Burning foods There are several fat burning foods that have elements and nutrients in them that can boost  metabolism, are part of an effective low fat diet plan and that are proven to literally melt off fat cells that are a result of too much fat intake.

A low fat diet plan has the potential to work very effectively for all types of people. It is actually dependent upon the commitment and discipline that one places on their lifestyle and eating habits. If it will work or not for you, is entirely up to you. But with the proper motivation and good nutritional advice you will be well on your way to the new leaner you.

I am like most folks and have attempted various diet programs over the years. Some diets have worked favorably for me, some just have not worked at all. I did have success when on the Atkins diet plan but did not stay on it too long. I have settled using your Fat Burning 101 weight loss diet for now, it feels a well balanced food regimen and I have at present been able to lose 10 lbs in the first month, so I am quite content with it.

This is to Forever Dirt Speaking on the grounds of lifting weights big guy. You can take protein shakes to help with the soreness, it not going to make the pain go away. But, pain is good let’s you know that your doing it right and that you have torn muscles, which leads to building muscles. Good luck on your X journey.

well when losing a lot of weight if your doing muscular work outs like going to the gym a lot you will gain muscle, especially if your a man

extreme weight loss like your doing could also mean that your body is just readjusting and storing as much fat as it can from the food your eating as its not getting it anymore, that could be anotehr reason but in a few weeks time it should readjust to your new plan

if in around 4 weeks you find yourself still putting on weight on the scales, you should always go be measurments

as the lean muscle that is required in alll peoples bodys to burn fat builds up you may be getting heavier as you have never had this nescsary muscle before, but in actual sizesings you are getting smaller

if you are gonig by measurments keep a record chart of your waist, hip, chest, upper thigh, calf, and upper arm measurements, as these are the most important

a picture diary is also a good way of watching the wait literally drop off!!

good luck with your weight loss and i hope it goes well for you and youre wife
