I gained 15 -20 pounds this winter. I want a low Calorie, low fat diet plan, Does anybody have one???

I want the actual list of what to eat and what days, so on and so forth. I heard about one where you can lose 8-10 pounds in 10 days. I am not afraid of work, so I will also be exercising.
one simple.safe, and very effective diet is this: eat a large green salad with a minimum of dressing, mainly just for flavor, before eating any heavy meal such as lunch or dinner. this will fill the stomach, but allow you to eat whatever you want, but you’ll feel full sooner and thus won’t eat as much of the rest of the food regardless of what it consists of. while weight loss is not rapid, being only 3-5 pounds a month, the loss will be steady and will keep the weight from being regained. green salads, being lettuce, carrots, cabbage, and a couple other items, (i like green onions and peppers) has a lot of bulk, but is mainly water. it will fill the stomach, but since it hasn’t much starch or carbs, it does allow the weight to come off slowly, safely, and steadily. over the last two years, i’ve lost over thirty pounds and am still losing, but only when i stay on the salads. getting off the salads tends to stop the weight loss.

this is the lowest calorie meal plan ever and it’s an actual list

    mon: breakfast=water lunch=water dinner=water
tuesday: starve (water only is calorie-free and fat free on Mondays/Wed/Fri)
    wed: water/water/water
    thursday: starve
    friday: water/water/water
    saturday: starve
    sunday: starve

want to lose 10 pounds in 10 days? try the above.

failing that, try the above plus crack/cocaine/heroin.

I remember in 2005 when you could walk into any store and find great low-carb products. One I remember and miss dearly is Carborite's toaster tarts. They were fantastic, but unfortunately they changed their business model to a more generic one, offering only low-carb chocolate and shakes. Even in the large metropolitan area where I live, it is difficult to find many low-carb items. The products that used to fit into the low-carb category have been gradually tweaked to increase the amount of useless carbs, without improving the taste one iota. Nature's Own bread, for example, used to have only 5g net carbs in the fiber & wheat bread. A couple of months ago my wife noticed that it went up to almost 10g. We will not buy it anymore.

We do need to start demanding more low-carb items, and on the flipside, need to make sure that we boycott and encourage others to boycott not only the ultra high-carb items, but the ones that are trying to be “medium-carb” (e.g. south beach diet type foods).

By the way, “be wary of any low-fat diet plan that says you can eat pounds of bread and sugar, but that omega-3 fats are forbidden!”
