If your metabolism is good enough for all that then you should be good, if you’re like a lot of americans its not good. I personally have given up most grains. Rarely I eat lavash bread, wheat germ, etc. I have lost a 20 lbs so far this month and I feel better then ever

love it however I believe that eating that many carbs is extremely bad for you. 6 servings of carbs is REALLY high. and truthfully is most peoples lifestyle you only need 150g of carbs. Which should be comprized of natural sugars such as fruits, veggies. This also includes fiber and starches. Taking this all into account if you eat a ton of bread or pasta, you gain weight.

I know people make fun of me and say what do you eat grass? When actually a vegan has a more interesting and diverse palette because there’s only about a handful of meats that people eat. Everything else is vegan that goes with the meat so … I like to get creative everyday. It’s actually quite fun to make something new and share it.
My grocery list …
My grocery list consists of:
1. 7 different kinds of seasonal organic fruit
2. Raw nuts to make nut milk from scratch
3. Several heads of romaine or favorite lettuce
4. Whole grain bread like sunflower, ezekial
5. Water
6. Almond butter, apple butter etc.
7. Beans to soak ex chickpeas, lentils etc.
8. Broccoli, red & green peppers, onions, garlic to make soups or stir fry
9. Quinoa, couscous other grains.
10. Brown rice if you like rice.
11. Corn, zucchini, squash for souffles, casseroles etc.
