    Using more natural …
Using more natural sources of life is really the biggest impact on what you can do to prevent weight gain. Wakame Seaweed and Acai Berry are just to of the live and organic weight loss boosters on the market. Children should also be the target for slowing down weight issues by normalizing eating habits and proper proportioning. Eat right, get out and try new things. You will be surprised how much you burn off not sitting in one place online and close to the kitchen googling “how to lose weight”.

It’s shocking to me and if I ate those small amounts while being that active I would feel horrible (been there). She works out for an hour and a half and looking at the diet guidelines I am not convinced that she is taking in enough calories a day, let alone meeting dietary guidelines for protein and other nutrients. I eat very similar foods but much more of them and am not overweight and very healthy. This seems like another very drastic (and somewhat concerning), albeit natural, weight loss routine.

  31. Nicky says:

Okay, I will be as specific as possible.

Obviously, there is nothing too much wrong with your routine. Your diet sounds okay too.

Yes, cut out the pop obviously. Junk food is a not okay food source. You clearly know all this.

I would suggest you do this (it is not frightening). Just do what I did in such a situation. Get your Doc to do full blood work and check for things like over-active thyroid etc. Get the doc to do full blood work and check for EVERYTHING. You have to insist on the EVERYTHING otherwise they will miss what we might be looking for (i.e, some kind of hormone imbalace like thyroid problems – these are never serious, but they can play havoc with out metabolisms).

This is nothing to be afraid of. Ask the Doc.

You’re 5 feet 6 inches, 147 lb body-weight, looking to increase your bench press.

Firstly, do you really need 30 reps of 66 lbs to warm up? That’s just me nitpicking. Honestly, I doubt you need the Tues/Thurs abdominal and & fat loss workouts. I don’t know what you’re doing on your upper-body days, but I would recommend the following approach:

    1. Train 3 times a week or every other day.
    2. Alternate your bench press and overhead press. People who focus exclusively on bench press are at greater risk of shoulder injury. If you benched on Mon, do Overhead on Wed, then bench again on Fri.
    3. Do 3 sets of 5 reps on each movement. Right now, you’re doing 2 sets of 4 so you may have to decrease your work-set weight very slightly at first.
    4. Here’s the key: attempt to add weight at every workout. As an example, if you successfully finished 100 bench on Mon, then when you bench again on Fri, attempt 105 (or 102.5) bench. Do the same with your overhead press. Your proposed bench plan has you doing 3×5 at 55 kg and increasing to 60 kg after 2 weeks. 11 lbs is a lot to add to your bench all at once, I recommend more frequent small increases.

How long can you keep adding weight and still finish your sets? Since these are upper body movements and involve relatively small muscle mass (compared with the squat and dead-lift), you should buy your own pair of 1.25 lb plates. This way, you can increase by 2.5 lb increments between bench workouts. This may not sound like much.. but consider that even if you could only increase your bench by 2 lb every week, it would add up to 104 pounds after a year. If you use the smallest plates at most gyms (2.5 lb), you will have to attempt 5 lb jumps and this may be too difficult after awhile.
