		<description>Congratulations on losing weight. Have you thought about going vegetarian for a few months? My husband lost 30lb in 6 months by doing this. We feel much better and our poo doesn&#039;t stink as much as when we ate meat all the time.  After losing the weight we are a going back to meat once a week. It isn&#039;t that hard to find the protien replacement and great vegie dishes to make. If you need help let me know. Good Show!</description>

		<description>Great post on working to get those abs! However, aside from these exercises, one must also take note of the diet. Avoid fatty food like fried stuff. Try to eat more healthy greens, fruits and white meat like skinless chicken or fish.
Losing weight is not hard but losing weight (I did it and have been keeping the weight off for years...) BUT building abs is going to take some work! ;)</description>

I&#039;m sure there&#039;s things about him that you&#039;d change if you could.
People have to live with other people&#039;s imperfections and they certainly don&#039;t get to mold people into whatever they like.  If they can&#039;t live with it then they have to leave but it&#039;s not fair for men like that to try and change women to their own preferences</description>
